missed yet gained !

2mths le ~~~ times flies !!!
I've left SingTel & joined Starmotor for 2mths le ~~~ but it still seem like a yesterday thingy to me!

Away from SingTel.... I missed the people very much !!! miss my BIG NUMBER phone, my big big work station, my wall of flame ( full of photos & decor), my personal Samsung printer,white board... but nothing beats those FRIENDSHIP i missed dearly !!!

Into Starmotor... I have a bigger playground & many 'toys'.. haha...the showroom & cars i mean... made new frenz, learnt new knowledge, built a customer network, a bunch of funkie colleagues, a wonderful cute boss, great mentor ...

wat do i wan now??? most impt thingy --- SALES !!!
and good news is... after some 'tight pocket' sufferings~~~ I've sales coming in!!! Thx god for e drop in COE, and thx my Mentors & colleague for their guidance... Credit goes to all of u !!!

It's time to close sales on my own !!!

My New Mr. Muffins...

Toking abt my fav snacks.... Egg tarts & Muffins are on the top list !!!

Used to got Egg Tarts from Idol Alan & Muffins from Idol Melvin... but tt was long time ago...


Now .... I've got a new Mr.Muffins -- My Boss --> Brem ... hahaha.... He oways buy me muffins from Han's.... hahaha... the chocolates ones are oways my targets... hahaha...

I Love Egg Tarts & Muffins !!! ( It taste so much better when it's free from the handsomes !!! hahaha )

Chalet 27.04.08 - 29.04.08

The very first Chalet i organised by myself...

From booking of chalet, gathering of people, food, entertainment... hahaha... It's a honour to be entrusted with this big event planning and i really thankful that i'm given this chance to proof myself...

Did i do a good job? I dunnu...

Chalet: I had booked a great place -- Aranda Country Club,big & cosy... Food: Bought more than enuf... With the help of my Dad, i guess those food tasted great... hahaha... Gathering of people: well, only a handful turn up... maybe i dun hav tt kind of 'power' yet.. Entertainment: Mahjong & Poker only... How do u think i fare?

Muz really thank Gerard ( his real name is Michael) for helpin me ferry all e item from my home to e chalet, and shopped with me at e chalet CHEERS outlet for more food, oso helpped in e setting up of fire.. haha.. THANK U WOR !!!

And dunnu for what reason, He become my god-father-- Lao Pa !!! And Locus ( real name Vincent) become my big brother - Kor Kor !!! So now, I've got a Lao Pa & Kor Kor,They've got a Nu'er & MeiMei !!! hahaha ...Well, they not very old wor... Lao Pa is only 16 yrs older than me, Kor Kor is 12 yrs older... hahaha

Everything went well on e first day, i see everyone enjoyed e food, e mahjong & drunk etc... I was drunk too .. first time drinking--- pure Chivas !!! DRUNK !!! I vomit lik siao -- hugging e toilet bowl ~~~ hahahaha... but .... sth bad happen & I'm really guilty abt it... haiz...

Due to too many food prepared, hence we had a 2nd BBQ on e 2nd day.. hahaha... half way thru e BBQ, I was toking to 2 of them abt e bad incident... and i got emotional & broke down !!! Dun wish to affect e others so i sat at one corner, tryin to clam myself down first... I heard my Lao Pa keep calling for me " nu'er".. but i cant turn over, cuz my face look ugly with tears all over..... Until i cool down abit, i went back over to them... They know i broke down so they tried to cheer me up...

Aiyo, It's Jeremy's bday leh, yet i couldn't control my emotion... I guess i'm not strong enuf... How can i be a stronger girl or rather a stronger woman ???

Chalet is over ... I really dunnu if it was a successful event... i jus hope they did enjoy themselves... Of course, thru this event, i learnt alot of things, gained somet knowledge and experience..oso i got myself a Lao Pa & Kor Kor !!! hahahahaha...

Girl, u've to learn to be STRONG now !!!

My 3mths differences ~~~ (^o^)

WooHoo ~~~ U see sth ??? Yesh, I really got rid of e kg (s) !!! hahaha.. well, though still did not meet the ideal weight my consultant indicate, but with 9 kg lost in 3mths (even w/o 100% full discipline from me ~) hahaha... I'm quite happy le !!!!

Now tt e 3mth progmm had ended for me, and i dun hav enuf to continue, so i hav to buy my own prdts & self maintain myself... hahaahaa !!!

Actually, 9 kgis not alot for 3mths, I've seen my cousin Winnie lost 15kg in 3mths, and our record holder is Ms. May who lost 27kg in 3mths !!! Jaw-dropping !!!! Those are e one who put in their 100% full discipline la.. hahaha...

Anyone wanna slim ??? call me , I'll intro u e wonderland !!!

What's next?

Happen to met my ShiFu Kelvin Tan @ Suntec last saturday. Was sharing with him that our "baby" TORS seems to be facing alot of problems... Had heard too many feedbacks from sales ppl that things were getting from bad to worst ever since i left Singtel... I dunnu how to describe the feeling but it's just kind of heartpain... Afterall, we had worked so hard trying to put tt dept up to a certain standard & TORS is our so called "baby", now it becomes like tt... We were thinking if we shuld go back and resQ our "baby"...

Kelvin asked me to call Senior Mgr Richard Goh, to inform him about the problems & feedbacks got from the sales den tell him that we are willing to offer our help but with certain T&C la...

I called Richard on Monday and feedback to him ... He request the sales TL / Mgr to collate all e problems faced in a email and send it to him, so that he can report to mgmt & see wat can be done... (btw, though he is a senior mgr in CPE, but he dun reports to CPE, he reports direct to EVP )

Actually, i really dunnu if i shuld do this, should i still be bother by all these? I've already left, so why do i still bother so much abt wat is happenin there? But i just cant see things happen and dun give a damm right?

I'm still dunnu and dun dare to call up those TL /Mgr to ask them to collate e email and send out, so that something might be done...

Haiz... On Monday, Brem said he had BIG PLAN !!! something which will benefits us and will be a real challengin one... He said to me : " Gal, no matter wat happen, u must stay with us okie! No matter wat, stay with us.. at least for 6 mths ! okok ?"
Woo~~~ wat's e big plan abt? I really have no idea.... but i have to admit tt working with him is a really wonderful thing... He show encouragement & appreciate to us... Even though I've made mistakes & have not help e company made much profits but e still show e appreciation and so much encouragement from him...

Brem & Jeremy had really helped me alot thru out these 1plus mth... They taught me alot and helped me alot...

Still thinking abt e Singtel problems... Looking forward to my new path in Starmotor...
