Chalet 27.04.08 - 29.04.08

The very first Chalet i organised by myself...

From booking of chalet, gathering of people, food, entertainment... hahaha... It's a honour to be entrusted with this big event planning and i really thankful that i'm given this chance to proof myself...

Did i do a good job? I dunnu...

Chalet: I had booked a great place -- Aranda Country Club,big & cosy... Food: Bought more than enuf... With the help of my Dad, i guess those food tasted great... hahaha... Gathering of people: well, only a handful turn up... maybe i dun hav tt kind of 'power' yet.. Entertainment: Mahjong & Poker only... How do u think i fare?

Muz really thank Gerard ( his real name is Michael) for helpin me ferry all e item from my home to e chalet, and shopped with me at e chalet CHEERS outlet for more food, oso helpped in e setting up of fire.. haha.. THANK U WOR !!!

And dunnu for what reason, He become my god-father-- Lao Pa !!! And Locus ( real name Vincent) become my big brother - Kor Kor !!! So now, I've got a Lao Pa & Kor Kor,They've got a Nu'er & MeiMei !!! hahaha ...Well, they not very old wor... Lao Pa is only 16 yrs older than me, Kor Kor is 12 yrs older... hahaha

Everything went well on e first day, i see everyone enjoyed e food, e mahjong & drunk etc... I was drunk too .. first time drinking--- pure Chivas !!! DRUNK !!! I vomit lik siao -- hugging e toilet bowl ~~~ hahahaha... but .... sth bad happen & I'm really guilty abt it... haiz...

Due to too many food prepared, hence we had a 2nd BBQ on e 2nd day.. hahaha... half way thru e BBQ, I was toking to 2 of them abt e bad incident... and i got emotional & broke down !!! Dun wish to affect e others so i sat at one corner, tryin to clam myself down first... I heard my Lao Pa keep calling for me " nu'er".. but i cant turn over, cuz my face look ugly with tears all over..... Until i cool down abit, i went back over to them... They know i broke down so they tried to cheer me up...

Aiyo, It's Jeremy's bday leh, yet i couldn't control my emotion... I guess i'm not strong enuf... How can i be a stronger girl or rather a stronger woman ???

Chalet is over ... I really dunnu if it was a successful event... i jus hope they did enjoy themselves... Of course, thru this event, i learnt alot of things, gained somet knowledge and experience..oso i got myself a Lao Pa & Kor Kor !!! hahahahaha...

Girl, u've to learn to be STRONG now !!!

My 3mths differences ~~~ (^o^)

WooHoo ~~~ U see sth ??? Yesh, I really got rid of e kg (s) !!! hahaha.. well, though still did not meet the ideal weight my consultant indicate, but with 9 kg lost in 3mths (even w/o 100% full discipline from me ~) hahaha... I'm quite happy le !!!!

Now tt e 3mth progmm had ended for me, and i dun hav enuf to continue, so i hav to buy my own prdts & self maintain myself... hahaahaa !!!

Actually, 9 kgis not alot for 3mths, I've seen my cousin Winnie lost 15kg in 3mths, and our record holder is Ms. May who lost 27kg in 3mths !!! Jaw-dropping !!!! Those are e one who put in their 100% full discipline la.. hahaha...

Anyone wanna slim ??? call me , I'll intro u e wonderland !!!

What's next?

Happen to met my ShiFu Kelvin Tan @ Suntec last saturday. Was sharing with him that our "baby" TORS seems to be facing alot of problems... Had heard too many feedbacks from sales ppl that things were getting from bad to worst ever since i left Singtel... I dunnu how to describe the feeling but it's just kind of heartpain... Afterall, we had worked so hard trying to put tt dept up to a certain standard & TORS is our so called "baby", now it becomes like tt... We were thinking if we shuld go back and resQ our "baby"...

Kelvin asked me to call Senior Mgr Richard Goh, to inform him about the problems & feedbacks got from the sales den tell him that we are willing to offer our help but with certain T&C la...

I called Richard on Monday and feedback to him ... He request the sales TL / Mgr to collate all e problems faced in a email and send it to him, so that he can report to mgmt & see wat can be done... (btw, though he is a senior mgr in CPE, but he dun reports to CPE, he reports direct to EVP )

Actually, i really dunnu if i shuld do this, should i still be bother by all these? I've already left, so why do i still bother so much abt wat is happenin there? But i just cant see things happen and dun give a damm right?

I'm still dunnu and dun dare to call up those TL /Mgr to ask them to collate e email and send out, so that something might be done...

Haiz... On Monday, Brem said he had BIG PLAN !!! something which will benefits us and will be a real challengin one... He said to me : " Gal, no matter wat happen, u must stay with us okie! No matter wat, stay with us.. at least for 6 mths ! okok ?"
Woo~~~ wat's e big plan abt? I really have no idea.... but i have to admit tt working with him is a really wonderful thing... He show encouragement & appreciate to us... Even though I've made mistakes & have not help e company made much profits but e still show e appreciation and so much encouragement from him...

Brem & Jeremy had really helped me alot thru out these 1plus mth... They taught me alot and helped me alot...

Still thinking abt e Singtel problems... Looking forward to my new path in Starmotor...

"kan chiong spider" is no help !!!

Aiyo, I guess I'm still kind of a disappointment to Brem bah... I had a weird customer today, and being a 'kan chiong spider', i made mistake while serving them...

This customer walk in straight to our showroom, i approached them and asked one of them, wear red shirt... he gave me a very 'KL' look... ignoring me... i thought they were Brem's customer,so i just stand aside observin them as Brem in on his phone ( tot they waiting for him ma)... When Brem ended his call, he just shouted to me "serve la"... oh.. so the first mistake is, i made a wrong asumption...

I walked over to the other guys who sat in the Honda Civic Type R... I tried to ask for his name, but he refuse to tell me... He asked me abt the car, so i share with him, den he request the key to start the engine.. so i jus got him e key and let him start the engine.. this is another mistake i made... Brem looked at me shaking his head... he then walked over and told the customer that this car is actually sold, so request customer to assist to handle it with care... my mistake here is that i wasnt inform that this car is sold... But... he wasnt the only customer who request to star engine ma.. Some customer oso had e same request and the other colleague oso did allow that...

This guy then told me that he had a trade in car, ask me to check for him how much we can offer him.. so i told down his car plate & nric and proceed to the office to check for him.. i invited him inside to take a seat while i check for him but he simply refused.. so i went right in and check for him... but tt leaptop seems to have problem with me.. i couldnt print out the paper... My third mistake of leavin the customer outside ...

Brem came into the picture and asked my wat am i doing, how can i leave my customer outside lik that? My admin gal, Clara saw and offer me to serve the customer outside while i continue checking the trade in for him... Another mistake in Brem's eye.. I got an admin to serve my customer...

The trade in car is too new hence wasn't able to give a valuation.. Brem then went out personally to help me tok to the customer... after some effort, the customer took my namecard and went off... they say they will have to think thru then call me back..

After they left, i knew Brem is going to give me a de-brief.. I'm prepared for that...
so he shared all my mistakes... I admitted each of them and took note of each point Brem shared with me seriously... As u know, I'm some one who will tears easily de, so when Brem kind of 'tell' me my mistakes in those serious tone, i acknowledge each of them, but with tears rolling in my eyes..

I guess i got my mentor Jeremy in trouble too bah.. He was called in to the office by Brem and ... private session.. He came out later and asked me wat happen... so i shared with him wat i did.. i told him i tried to get info from the cust but could not get any, not even his name.. Jeremy said, i did the right thing, but it's e customer who is inco-operative, hence it's not my fault... then i told him, e 2nd mistake is I allowed the customer to start engine. Jeremy asked if i was there when he start the engine? Yes, I'm standing right beside him. Jeremy said if this is e case then I'm at no fault too, cuz i was beside him.. As for the part whereby i left the customer outside and went in to check the trade in valuation, Jeremy asked why i din approach any of them to help.. i told him cuz i see everyone else busy with others things, and i tot that it only take me less than a min to get the valuation done, didn't expect the laptop to have prob oso..

Overall, Jeremy shared that in this case, it's wasn't my fault for all these.. just that this customer is a KL one, incooperative with me.. He said it's ok abt all that, at least I have this kind of experience and i can learn form there, so in future, i will know how to handle such customer...

Though I know none of them blame me for those mistakes, in fact they identify my mistake and taught me the right way... I'm very much appreciate that... at least i know wat i did wrong and wat i should do...

Okie... though i am still blaming myself for those mistakes, i grateful for the lessons learnt today!

The Marathon story...

Stressed up... I guess i gave myself too high an expectation & giving myself too much stress ...

I did not perform yet... expectation are high for me... and i tell myself, i cannot let them down, they provided so much for me, how can i still let them down rite? I'm kind of stress up... perhaps becuz the high expectation for myself... there's really alot of things which i dunnu and worst thing is, i dunnu what exactly is the thing that i dunnu... u get wat i mean...

each time i post a question, i find myself like a fool, such simple thing oso dunnu and i believe my question did piss them off too... not that i dun ask question, but each time i ask, i fear... cuz everytime i ask, i will find out that there are even more which i dunnu ,... it's a tough journey for me... but i tellmyself, cannot give up just like that ... if i can make a little name for myself durin my stay in SingTel, i dun see why i cant do it again here... Hang in there, and results will show some day.. i believe hardwork will be paid off !

Jeremy shared 2 stories with me, one of them is "The Marathon Story"...
A Marathon is a 42km long run, stamina & determination is what needed to complete the run... World record holder completed it in abt 2.5 hrs while a normal person takes abt 4-5 hrs to complete it.

To complete the run, u need stamina & determination, to win, u need an additional hardwork & power. If u wanna come in FIRST, more work is required from u. The journey is long & never easy, but if u are willing to perserve, u will make it. Whether just complete it of excel in it will depend on how much u put in .

It really touches me... My journey in my new trade was like a marathon too.. it is not easy but i have to perserve and run on. Run long, run far & run with style ! What i experienced is what the others never understand. Having a few case on hand and almost there, but 'pop', it just disappear... do u understand the kind of pain ??? Not once, not twice, but many a times... Just likechines saying, " the meat which is just near ur mouth, almost got it into ur mouth but jus slipped off .." So near yet so far ~~~

I had expected a hard journey and I'm prepared for it. This has been in my mind since the day i decided to leave SingTel and i told many that too... Let me be out and explore the outsode world, bang some wall, experiences some falls, pick up some skills and moves...

I believe, i really had bang those walls, those falls, and i defineity had learnt alot from them as well as those skills & experiences... Not sure where my future will be, but i just move on... 5 yrs down the road, i may be still in car trade, may go back to SingTel, may be on others trade... nobody knows, but i believe i will find my path one day & run with style !

I'll be in that marathon, running long, running far & running in style... We grown through hardship. I will take all these challenges and I'll be in style !

No 'tian ji' porridge for me !!!

No Tian Ji Zhou ( Frog Porridge) for me !!!

Just realise that i cant take "tian ji" ~~~

we had a grouping session on Saturday nite.... We knock off & left office @ abt 8pm... Ben drove us to chinatown for "tian ji zhou", followed by KTV session @ Lucky Chinatown - Kster Inc. Had a really fun time there ~~~

After KTV, they headed for supper, and i started to feel weird... feel lik vomitting... Stayed with them till 2plus den Jeremy drove us home while Ben go the other way...

Dashed straight into the toilet once i reach home & i turned into a MERLION !!! ya.. had everything vomit out and i notice my eyes were red & swollen !!!

Recallin... it seems that each time i ate tian ji, i'll not be able to digest it and will vomit everything out.. Now i realise... I CANT EAT TIAN JI !!! My GOD !!!
