I dunnu how to say... miscomm bah... She did mention PearlWhite is kind of yellowish, if could have sth Whiter.... We got in e whiter one but she insisted to have Pearl..OMG !!! Everything arranged and I'm stuck... Jeremy tried to save e situation but cant do much ... Brem told her will try to get it change to Pearl for her... Case settle for now... Well, she's nice, did not make a big hoo-haa, but wanting to change to pearl... I jus feel that i did not serve my customer to the best that i can... I'm so so sorry for that..
I spent the whole day with her on this... left my job undone on my desk... Oh no... I'm expecting Brem to give me a "de-brief" session for this incident, but he din say a thing. He just get me & jeremy to pack up and sent me home.. Thru out the whole journey-- slience... I really expecting sth from him, scoldin or wateva but nothing from him... This made me feel really bad... I asked " Are we able to source for her?"..He said " dunnu".. slience again... I really felt so uneasy and really feel bad... He suppose to "zhi dian" or "de-brief" or...jus say sth... but nothing.. Is he too tired today cuz too many things on mind, too many things to settle, or is he just tired telling me off ???
Pls say something.. dun keep quiet~~~
