new scope, new responsiblity

My new job scope... begins today~~~ not new job la !!! hahaha...

More responsiblities for me... I'm given e role of the inside operation, meaning to say, I'm doing e paper works & other inside work, while Jeremy take charge of the outside sales operations... Overall in charge still Brem la.. Now e pie is 30% on Brem, 30% on Jeremy & 30% on Me, the rest of the 10% shared by the other salesman...

Some say i demote to do admin job, some say i promote into e air-con room... For me, I take it as an opportunity ... I'm able to learn more things ~~~ Now i noe how e outside sales operation is, and I've given this chance to move in to do the back end operation... I get a change to feel e whole car sales operation.. I believe this way, it will help me alot alot.. I get to understand better & start to find interest again...

Still mus thank Brem for givin me this opportunity la... Thank for e regonition & entrusting me with different tasks. Brem said this to me " "好好的跟着我，看我怎么做事，怎么处事待人。慢慢的学，以后有更大，更多的事放给你做，你也会没问题！"。。。
真的能感受到他对我的认同，他的那份真心想栽培我。我和感激也会努力，不会让他失望也要证明我可以！
